The recent signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Iran and the US has been recognised by the US State Department’s inhouse journal Foreign Policy as a more severe defeat than the fall of Saigon in 1975. Yet Trump is still blowing hot and cold, and engaging in sporadic firefights with Iran around the Strait of Hormuz. What are the implications for the working class and those under the gun of US, Western and Zionist imperialism?
